Vegan Coffee Smothie

It’s January and we don’t know a single person that is not dieting or detoxing, so we thought it’s time for us to create something to help you all with your goals (and ours of course).

As you know everything we do is around coffee, so we sat down do develop a recipe that is true to our taste and our passion, the Vegan Coffee Smoothie 🙂

This is what you need:

  • 1 banana – we recommend organic
  • hand full of fresh coconuts – alternatively coconut flakes
  • 1 small cup of coffee – up to your taste, we used espresso
  • 1 small cup of almond milk – we recommend unsweetened to save a few calories
  • ice

Next stop, blending. Put all the ingredients in the blender and let the fun begin.

It already looks yummy. Tip: If you are using fresh coconut however you will probably need to blend it longer.
